I've worked as a freelancer, in agencies, in-house and on contracts. That range of environments has given me something that's hard to teach: the ability to communicate well under pressure, keep projects moving, and make clients feel genuinely looked after. Good design gets a project started. Reliable communication and consistent delivery are what get it over the line.
I think carefully about every interface I work on — not just how it looks, but how it works, how it scales, and how it lands with the people using it. I'm open to freelance contracts and full time senior roles in agencies.
